Login problems?

If you experience problems while logging in please try the following:

Make sure you use the correct email address and/or login name. If you can’t remember any of these, please contact us at support@youplanet.com.

If you have forgotten your password please click "Forgot password". An email will then be sent to you email address with instructions how to create a new password.

If you are sure you use the correct email address/login name and password, try to clear you browser history. In Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet options. On the tab General, find Browsing history and click Delete. Then delete the files for temporary internet files, cookies and form data. If you use Mozilla Firefox, just click ctrl-shift-delete.

If none of the above works, please contact us at support@youplanet.com. Please tell us if you have come to YouPlanet directly on www.youplanet.com or used a link in a search engine or in an email. Also describe exactly what happens when you try to log in. Please also include what browser you use and also what version it is.
